Coordinate with factories and retailer local offices in China to ensure samples meet retailer requirements and approval processes.
3. Pre-Production Preparation
Ensure all compliance and certification documents are in order.
Review and confirm all material specifications and production plans with the retailer.
Adhere to the agreed production timeline and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks and immediately report any deviations to the retailer.
Conduct SVI quality inspections prior to retailer inspections.
Perform in-house testing for samples, pre-production samples, and in-line samples before third-party lab testing.
