Responsibilities:

• 1. Lead project development from kick-off to mass production for electronic and plastic products.
• 2. Responsible for customers' demand and product specification and development schedule
• 3. Work closely with customer/sales / internal parties for project coordination works (feasibility study, project development, etc)
• 4. Provide technical support to oversee clients
• 5. Liaise with customers on technical issues, specification definition and sample follow-up
• 6. Provide technical presentations to customers

Requirements:

• 1. Diploma / Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline
• 2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in electronics / automotive 
•  product industry / medical equipment
• 3. Good knowledge of factory operation and product development is an advantage
• 4. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 6. Gentle and logical attitude
• 7. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 8. Required to travel to the production plant in different cities of China.

     Job duties,

    1.Handle and coordinate orders from development to shipment.

    2.Responsible for daily communication with factories and customers, and provide pre-sale and after-sale customer services.                                                                                                                             Job requirements，

1.Familiar with international import and export business operation and related documentary process, good in oral and writing skills in English & Chinese, able to deal with customer requests and problems independently, good communication skills and team work spirit.

2.Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill.

3.Working experiences in toy merchandising is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsibilities for writing copy for different digital channels(include but not limited to Website blog, LinkedIn, Facebook) which aligned with the company’s tone of voice.
• Provide proofreading, editing and writing support for English language content marketing materials.
• Ensure all work is completed to project specifications in accordance with content calendar topics and the company brand value.
• Develop storytelling skills to support creative writing projects such as video scripting, significant rewriting of content, infographic creation, etc.
• Collaborate with creative colleagues such as designers and researchers to develop materials.

Qualifications

• Experience of storytelling and creating brand-building content
• An understanding of e-commerce, CRM and target marketing
• First language is English.
• Proficient in website, campaign and product copywriting.
• Prefer to acquire good knowledge in writing copy for SEO/SEM
